Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy:
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HEAR IN THE MITTEN. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. Returns after 45 days will have a $125 per hearing aid restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in new, lightly used condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Items must be returned within [90] days of the original purchase date, as indicated by the purchase receipt.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
  • Personalized or custom-made products (Such as: Ear Molds)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@Hearinthemitten.com.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and include the RAN on the package.
  • Ship the package to the following address: 4025 Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197
  • Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange your hearing aid for a hearing aid with a higher cost, the purchaser will be responsible for covering the difference between prices.
  • If you wish to exchange your hearing aid with a lower cost, hear in the Mitten will be responsible for the partial refund.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Approved returns will be processed within [Number] business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For purchases made with a credit card, please allow your credit card company additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
