Step One: Select & Purchase Your Hearing Aid.

If you are having trouble finding the right hearing aid, fill out our survey below and we will help the best we can.

A hearing test dated within 6 months of your purchase is required for all prescription hearing aid orders. To submit an exam click here.

Step Two: What Happens When You Order

After you purchase your hearing aids from us, we will order them directly from the manufacturer, to ensure quality management.

Once the devices are received a Hearing Instrument Specialist will program your hearing aids. Once programmed you hearing aids will be on your doorstep in about 7-10 days. 

Once you get your devices follow the directions inside the box and schedule your First Fit appointment on our website.

Most hearing aid users need several visits with a specialist. Regularly scheduled appointments are recommended to ensure the quality of sound.

Step Three: Enjoy Your New Hearing Aids

If you are ever struggling with your hearing aids, please reach out for assistance whenever you need or want it.

Our Hearing Instrument Specialists have the ability to remotely access your hearing aids to make any necessary adjustments (Only with your direct consent, there is no way for us to touch your devices without your active participation + consent).

Our providers can also help answer any questions regarding cleaning as well as repairs.
